Please be informed that Valyou has received a “Holding Letter” from Bank Negara Malaysia – Money Services Business Regulation Department (BNM-MSBRD) dated March 17, 2020 to allow Valyou to continue to perform its money services business and the license for the said money services business remains in force. This is as provisioned under Section 9 (5) of the Money Services Business Act (MSBA) 2011.
Dimaklumkan melalui surat daripada Jabatan Pengawalan Perniagaan Perkhidmatan Wang (JPPPW) bertarikh 17 Mac 2020, bahawa permohonan pembaharuan lesen Valyou Sdn Bhd sedang dalam pertimbangan pihak Bank Negara Malaysia (Bank). Sebagaimana yang diperuntukkan di bawah subseksyen 9(5) Akta Perniagaan Perkhidmatan Wang 2011 (APPW), Valyou Sdn Bhd masih boleh meneruskan perniagaan perkhidmatan wang dan lesen perniagaan perkhidmatan wangnya akan terus berkuat kuasa.
